Culture Book


Inspired by the book, Delivering Happiness, we asked our team to write 3-5 paragraphs about the Garman Homes culture.  That's it.  Pretty simple.  In fact, here is the exact email we sent out requesting entries:

Dear Garman Team,

We're going to publish a "Culture Book" for Garman Homes! Just like Zappos, I believe we have a very special culture here...and it can be so hard to describe to an outsider. That is why I need your help. I need you to write 3-5 paragraphs for me...answering the question:

What is the Garman Homes culture?

That's it. Free form. I will not edit your entry. Nor do I want to "preview" them. Write from the heart. Please do not share them with each other. Feel free to hit the good and bad. We may also ask some customers and trade partners to participate in this book.

DUE DATE: 12:00 Noon on Monday, 6/13.
