Why should I prefer YOUR lender?
Sure, lots of builders have a preferred lender and lots of agents that sell our houses come with their own preferred lenders. As a buyer, you may be wondering why you should use the lender we ask you to use.
Great question! There are several answers. The closing costs incentive is nice but it goes way beyond closing costs. It's about the job they will do for you. We want you to work with a lender that will go the distance for YOU, someone who will give you GREAT service and navigate you through any bumps in the road. The lending world can be tricky, you want (need, deserve, etc) a PRO on your side.
