The 4 Garman Differences-Rock Stars Wanted
I love it when people come in to our houses and say, “What’s the Deal with the Rock Stars?” or even better when we walk in to real estate offices and we're greeted with, "Hey, it's the Rock Stars!" I don't think I'll ever tire of hearing the universal Garman Homes title. It always makes me smile while simultaneously humbling me...bigtime.
Rock Stars Wanted, by definition, means that we recruit only the best people to work at Garman Homes. Our business cards all have the same title, Rock Star. We're not talking about your average everyday 'drug abusing-hotel room trashing-demanding' Rock Stars here. We're talking more about people who are so good at what they do that they inspire the people they work with to become fans. Hopefully raving fans.
Have you ever met a person that just blew you away with their great attitude and commitment to spectacular service? We tend to remember those people and those moments because unfortunately, they can be few and far between. Those moments were memorable because that person was memorable. That person is a Rock Star.
True Rock Stars wake up every morning ready to earn the title in a new way. Rock Stars raise the bar on themselves.
And here’s another cool thing about Rock Stars…they love treating other people like Rock Stars. We think our buyers and cooperating brokers deserve to be treated like Rock Stars. You deserve to work with someone who has a great attitude. You deserve to work with people who are known for doing the right thing. You deserve Rock Star treatment.
Rock Stars Wanted!

Come Together, Right Now...Over G-Lite.
There's something magical about the image of the The Beatles crossing Abbey Road. They are literally just crossing a road. But their formation suggests a lot more than that. Progress. Action. A cohesive bond as they stride along in rhythm with each other. Leaving one side of the street for the other. Stretched across the street linking the past with the present and bound for the future.
Four famous musicians made more famous just by their proximity to each other. True Rock Stars. Revolutionaries.
Is it any wonder why we wanted to recreate this image? There's magic there! We're coming together...right now...over G-Lite.

Here's the story...from a Team Named Garman!
What surprised me most about this shoot was that everyone had an opinion about which Brady they would be portraying. Seriously.
Jessica nailed Cindy Brady with equal parts wonder and cluelessness. Neither of which is Jessica's style.
I don't think Carol and I have much in common, even adjusting for our looks.
If I put you in this shoot, which Brady would YOU want to be?
More from the Meet G-Lite Campaign
How funny is this picture? This is my favorite shot from the campaign and not just because I took it. It is my favorite because this is what we're doing when we're working: playing dress up and having the time of our lives! But trust me, we love building and selling houses as much as we love playing dress up.

From the Archives...G-Team Cribs
As excited as we are about Garman 2.0, I hope we never forget our roots. The Garman Differences...good attitudes...and off-the-wall marketing videos. G-Team Cribs was the start of our "special sauce" style of marketing that Alaina carries on today.
Thank you Kristi & Kailey for your roles. Thank you Emily LaDue for the great job on filming and production. And thank you guys for passing this along to hundreds of your friends!

Today is a special day...
Today is the day we close on our very first G-Lite home! Every closing is special but today's closing is extra special and I'm extra sentimental because 6 yrs ago today my oldest daughter, Amelia was born. I'm feeling like a proud parent all around since I consider G-Lite my first work-baby and Amelia gave me the gift of motherhood. Not unlike a new mother I'm a mix of excitement, sentimentality and nervousness.
G-lite was the first time I got to be involved behind the scenes on plan designs, included features and basically creating something from scratch. I wanted to make sure we were thoughtful about everything. And we were very thoughtful. At a certain point I'm sure my 'thoughtfulness' morphed into more 'pain in the ass' territory but so be it. This is my work-baby we're talking about. And like I said, I'm extra sentimental today.
We build houses that become someone's HOME. A home is special. My work-baby is becoming someone's home today. Today is special. Make us proud, G-Lite baby.
Mommy loves you! A$

G-Lite...Cute, Cute, Cute
Alaina & our friends at Planworx nailed it with these G-Lite plans. This is one of my favorites, the Caswell. Cute, cute, cute. All the rooms you need and none of the ones you don't. Life is too short for formal, showy spaces, this house is all about making the most of your home.
We already have one Caswell sold in Emorywood...in fact it sold the week we finished it! Look for this plan in Emorywood, Holly Glen, and very soon...Bridgewater!
